Welcome to my brand-new website! I'm so excited to share this space with you, especially for those who have known me only as Steve Butler. This journey has been transformative, and through these pages, I hope you’ll get to know the woman I truly am. With my gorgeous nails, pretty makeup, and a heart full of joy, I’m here to embrace and celebrate my femininity!

This site is not just a personal blog; it’s a vibrant celebration of what it means to be a lady and to live authentically. Here, you’ll find glimpses into my life and style, showcasing my wardrobe filled with lovely skirts and dresses that reflect my passion for all things feminine, rather than typical "guy" clothes. It’s all about expressing who I am and finding beauty in every moment!

As I continue my journey from an ordinary man to a fully feminine woman, I’ll be sharing a variety of photos, videos, and personal insights. Whether it’s a new outfit, a makeup tutorial, or reflections on my experiences, I want this site to be a resource for anyone looking to embrace their feminine side. I encourage you to leave comments and share your thoughts—your feedback means the world to me! If there’s anything specific you’d love to see added to this site, please let me know!

I want to share a personal moment with you: I married as Steve, but sadly, not in the gorgeous wedding dress I dreamed of wearing. Although I tried to embrace the role of a husband, deep down, I knew I was meant to be the bride. Let’s be honest—very few men would look as comfortable as this in such a beautiful, feminine wedding dress!

Now, as a woman, I feel a profound sense of confidence, comfort, and completeness. Dressing as a woman is not just a choice for me; it’s a natural expression of who I am. I’m sharing this not only to connect with those who knew me as Steve Butler but also to help you understand just how much I cherish being a woman. As I continue to embrace my true self, it becomes easier to share this journey with the world. After all, it’s becoming increasingly hard to hide who I am, and I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Far from stifling my spirit, she created a space where I felt free to explore and embrace a feminine identity that felt natural to me. I truly believe that her acceptance and support helped me build the self-confidence I have today.

As I grew older, my mother's support became even more profound. She didn’t just allow me to dress how I wanted—she actively participated in my journey. Together, we picked out outfits, practiced makeup techniques, and explored various styles. My mother introduced me to beauty salons early on, making it a regular part of our lives. While other kids might have had their weekly sports practices, I looked forward to our salon visits and trips to clothing stores.

These outings were more than just beauty sessions—they were bonding experiences that reinforced the love and trust between us. I learned so much about the art of femininity from these moments, from the confidence that a polished look brings to the elegance of graceful movement. Over time, femininity became a natural part of my self-expression, and I grew to truly cherish it.

What is the appeal of being a girly girl?

For me, being a woman is about much more than appearance—it’s about embodying qualities like kindness, compassion, and resilience. Dressing up as a woman lets me express my true self and fully embrace my femininity in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. When I present myself as a woman, I feel a deep sense of calm and, I believe, a more genuine kindness and grace come through. Being a woman allows me to connect with the qualities that make me feel at peace with myself.

My mother was my first and biggest inspiration. Although I never fully understood her desire for a daughter, she must have seen that spark of femininity in me from a young age. Her encouragement set me on a path of self-discovery and growth that’s shaped me into who I am today. Embracing my femininity has opened up a new side of myself, allowing me to see and appreciate the beauty, grace, and strength that come with being a woman.

There’s something incredibly liberating about being able to express my femininity openly, to wear pretty clothes, to apply makeup, and to move through the world as a woman. If you’re like me and have a deep love for everything that being a lady represents, don’t hold back—life is too short not to be true to yourself! Getting glammed up, putting on a beautiful dress, and stepping out with confidence has become one of the purest joys in my life. I owe so much of that confidence to my mum, who gave me the support to be proud of who I am. Now, when I step out in a pretty outfit with makeup done, it feels completely natural, like it’s always who I was meant to be.

I sometimes look at young people today with a bit of envy; they have so many more options, resources, and acceptance than I had. If transitioning had been as accessible and supported when I was younger as it is now, I’m certain I would have chosen to embrace all aspects of womanhood much earlier in life. Perhaps I would have started transitioning as a teen, embracing each part of the journey to be who I am today.

Embracing my femininity has brought me a sense of peace, joy, and purpose. My hope is that this site inspires others to pursue their authentic selves and experience the same happiness I’ve found.

What was it like to be feminised growing up?

My bedroom was ultra-girly, filled with soft colors, lovely fabrics, and all the details that celebrate being a girl. As I grew, so did my love for dressing as a woman; by the time I was a teenager, it felt like second nature. One of my fondest memories is a tradition we started: every Christmas, Mum and I would dress in our finest evening gowns for Christmas lunch. I still keep up that tradition—it’s a beautiful reminder of the connection we shared and the elegance she inspired in me.

Mum taught me so much, from the basics of makeup to the confidence needed to be out in public in a dress or skirt. With her guidance, I learned how to express my femininity openly and comfortably. She not only encouraged me to embrace who I was but gave me the skills to look and feel my best in any setting.

As I reached adulthood, my love for feminine fashion only deepened. Today, I have a wardrobe filled with the most delicate, elegant, and expressive clothes imaginable. I’m drawn to flowing dresses, lacy lingerie, and delicate fabrics that feel just right for me. I’ve developed a strong sense of style, embracing bold colors, intricate patterns, and soft textures that celebrate femininity.

Makeup has also become a cherished part of my routine, something I view as an art form that allows me to express my true self. I enjoy the transformative power of makeup, from the bright reds and pinks of lipstick to the soft blush that brings warmth to my cheeks. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about looking in the mirror and seeing my femininity reflected back, knowing that it represents the person I am inside.

Thanks to her, I’ve always felt deeply connected to femininity and the grace of being a lady.

Today, my wardrobe is filled with beautiful skirts, dresses, and more makeup than I can count—all symbols of the journey I’ve taken toward embracing my true self. This journey has taught me invaluable lessons about self-love and acceptance…and perhaps the importance of a good store card!

Of course, there are always a few people who pass the occasional negative comment—it usually says more about them than it does about me. But overwhelmingly, I’ve found kindness and acceptance. The girls at my favorite beauty salon, Lounge 6 in Chandlers Ford  are a perfect example of that—they’re incredibly supportive and skilled at helping me look my best. My favorite photos are often taken after they’ve worked their magic, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

So why do I have a website telling the world I love being a girly girl?

I created this site to share my love for being a woman and to express why being feminine feels so right for me. Embracing my true self has been an incredible journey, and this space is a way to celebrate that transformation. Being a woman is something I cherish deeply, and I want to share what makes it so special for me—from my passion for fashion and beauty to the elegance and warmth that come with femininity.

As I continue to grow and embrace who I am, I’ve found myself drawn to men in a way that feels natural and exciting. I’m learning more about how to connect with and please a partner, and I’m exploring what it means to be in a meaningful relationship with a man. With guidance from some wonderful resources, I feel more confident every day about taking that next step. As I complete my PhD and cope with my day job, I know this is who I am and what I want to be.

If you’re a man visiting my site and feel a connection with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to hear from you. Who knows where it might lead? So, if you’re interested, send me a message, and let’s see where this journey takes us. Or if you're a fellow tgirl and just want to get in touch so we can help each other....
